Owned by El Paso Natural Gas Company, LLC (EPNG) (Kinder Morgan) and operated by Mojave Pipeline Company, the pipeline operates at full capacity, primarily serving utility/power and midstream sectors. Key customers include El Paso Natural Gas Co. and Tehachapi-Cummings Water. Mojave Pipeline transports natural gas from interconnections near Topock, Arizona, and extends to various delivery points along the pipeline route, terminating near Bakersfield, California.
