Enable Mississippi River Transmission, LLC (MRT) is a medium-sized pipeline company with a network extending 1,600 miles from Texas to Illinois. Owned by Enable Midstream Partners, LP (Energy Transfer Partners, LP) and operated by Enable Mississippi River Transmission, LLC, MRT operates at around 50% utilization. The company's Main Line System comprises three high-pressure pipelines originating at Perryville, Louisiana, and extending through Arkansas and Missouri to termination points at MRT’s Columbia and Meramec Measuring Stations near St. Louis, Missouri. Additionally, MRT’s West Line extends from Harrison County, Texas to Perryville, Louisiana, where it connects with MRT’s Main Line system.
