Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Hart Energy Data & Mapping Services ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Hart Energy Data & Mapping Services is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Hart Energy Mapping and Data Services Responsibilities:
- In an effort to achieve customer satisfaction, Hart Energy Data & Mapping Services takes full responsibility for replacing all merchandise damaged by our shipping agency (UPS) while in route to its destination.
- Our responsibility extends in promptly replacing the damaged articles to the customers at no cost, including shipping, to the customer.
- Hart Energy Data & Mapping Services will file all paperwork related with the damage merchandise claim with UPS, freeing the customer from any hassle.
- Hart Energy Data & Mapping Services will immediately replace all damaged merchandise, and replacement will not be subjected to UPS’ decision on filed claim.
We Ask From Our Customers:
- We do ask that customers call us immediately after receiving a damaged article at (619) 564-7313 so that we can initiate contact with our shipping agency.
- We also ask customers to keep the damaged merchandise until (a) UPS contacts customer to schedule a merchandise inspection; or (b) UPS informs Hart Energy Data & Mapping Services that no inspection will be necessary, in which case Hart Energy Data & Mapping Services will contact the customer to inform them of such decision.
- All return requests must be made within five (5) business days from the date the customer receive the merchandise (from the day when customer signed for package delivery).
- All merchandise presented for return, including discounted items, is subject to inspection to ensure sellable condition; such condition can only be determined and decided on by Hart Energy Data & Mapping Services upon receipt of the returned items.
- Hart Energy Data & Mapping Services is not responsible for any damage returned items undergo while in transit back to our offices.
- All returned purchases must be accompanied by a print-out of the original e-mailed invoice, when purchased online, or the original invoice included in the box, when purchased via telephone or if paid by check via USPS.
- The purchase price will be refunded in the medium of purchase (credit card or check).
- All refunds will be processed only if adequate sellable condition is met as described in item (2) above.
- All refunds will be subject to the amount of time the credit card company takes to issue the refund or the time it takes for the UPS to deliver any refund checks issued by our office.
- No shipping fees will be refunded; additionally, customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
