Pipeline Description

Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line, a large 6,200-mile system owned by Energy Transfer Partners, LP, and operated by Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company, LP, runs from the Panhandle region of Oklahoma east through the Midwest to Indiana and Ohio. Operating at more than 50% utilization, it serves utility/power and midstream sectors. Major customers include Northern Indiana Public Service, Ameren Illinois Company, and Rover Pipeline LLC. Panhandle transports and stores natural gas, providing service to various shippers in the U.S. and Canada, with a main transmission line extending from Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas into Michigan and up to the Canada-U.S. border.
