MIGC LLC operates a small 256-mile pipeline in Wyoming's Powder River Basin, connecting to the main lines of Colorado Interstate Gas Company, Wyoming Interstate Company, Ltd., and Kinder Morgan Interstate Gas Transmission, LLC in southeastern Wyoming. Owned by Western Midstream Partners, LP (Oxy USA, Inc.) and operated by MIGC Pipeline, LLC, the pipeline primarily serves utility/power sectors at the lowest utilization. Key customers include Black Hills Energy Services Company, Wyoming Producer-Consumer Alliance LLC, and Constellation Energy Generation LLC.
