Discovery Gas Transmission LLC operates a 219-mile pipeline from offshore fields in the Gulf of Mexico to a new gas processing plant in Larose, Louisiana. Owned by Williams (60%) and DCP Midstream, LP (40%), it runs at more than 50% utilization, serving producers and marketers, including Hilcorp Energy Company and Spotlight Energy LLC.
