This pipeline system, comprising three discrete systems and various lines in the offshore federal waters of the Gulf of Mexico, includes the Patterson system, extending from the Eugene Island and Vermillion areas to Patterson, Louisiana, and the Grand Chenier system, transporting gas from West Cameron Blocks to Grand Chenier, Louisiana.
