Storage Cavern 12A Conversion Project Docket No. CP10-50-000 Implementation Plan - Supplemental Information Dear Ms. Bose: On June 27, 2012, Petal Gas Storage, L.L.C. (Petal Gas) filed a revised implementation plan and request for variance in the subject docket. Petal Gas submits supplemental information requested by Commission staff for the Storage Cavern 12A Conversion Project (Project). The following information is included in this Supplemental Filing. The requisite copies of the Phase I Archeological Survey for the Project are attached. Petal Gas requests that the Phase I Archaeological Survey be treated as PRIVILEGED information. A list of company personnel that will be provided with the appropriate environmental materials and that will be trained on such materials as defined in Condition 6d of the Environmental Condition Responses to the August 24, 2010 Order. All company and contract personnel working on this project will be environmentally trained. In addition, copies of the Implementation Plan and project permits, clearances, and authorizations will be maintained in the project construction headquarters and available for review. The name and resume of the project environmental inspector is also attached. With the submittal of this information, Petal Gas requests review and approval by the Director of the Office of Energy Projects of its Notice to Proceed request no later than August 1, 2012.
