The natural gas will be exported near Baileyville, Maine on the Maritimes & Northeast US Pipeline at or near meter station ID 30014. Pursuant to Section 3 of the Natural Gas Act ("NGA") Pieridae requests the Department of Energy, Office of Fossil Energy ("DOE/FE") grant permission to export natural gas into Canada for consumption and through Canada, after conversion in Canada into LNG, to (i) any country with which the United States of America ("US") currently has, or in the future may enter into, a free trade agreement requiring national treatment for trade in natural gas and (ii) any country with which the US does not have a free trade agreement requiring national treatment ...
