No. 48, issued by West Texas Gulf Pipe Line Company ("WTG") are sent to you for filing in compliance with the Interstate Commerce Act and the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. These tariffs are issued October 1, 2003 to be effective November 1, 2003. F.E.R.C. No. 47 cancels F.E.R.C. No. 46 and is issued to cancel the route from Colorado City, Texas to Hillsboro, Texas. The route is being cancelled due to the fact that the Hillsboro destination has not been utilized in at least the past two years. F.E.R. No. 47 also adds a reference notation to the Merkel, Texas origination point for clarification purposes for our shippers. F.E.R.C. No. 48 is WTG's Index of Tariff& as required by 18 C.F.R. 341.9. F.E.R.C. No. 48 does not any prior WTG Tariff Index. Pursuant to 18 CFR 343.3 of the Commission's regulations, WTG requests that any protest be faxed to WTG at the time such is filed, in care of Deborah S. Hearn, whose fax number is 281-596-3620.
