Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP. 148 FERC 61,244 (the Order). On October 14, 2014, DCP submitted Volume Eight - Foundations Series 1 (Accession Numbers 20141014-5369 and 20141014-5370), and on December 8, 2014, FERC authorized the construction requested in Volume Eight (Accession Number 20141208-3004). DCP hereby submits supplemental information for Volume Eight regarding the drawings and calculations for the STG, Fuel Flash, Water Treatment, Lean Gas Booster Compressor and Regeneration Gas buildings and their foundations. DCP hereby requests written authorization from the Director of the Office of Energy Projects (OEP) to proceed with construction activities on the structural steel described in the attached supplemental information no later than September 25, 2015.
