Attachment 1 Includes an update to Table 1.6-1 to reflect the current status of permits, approvals, consultations and regulatory requirements for the project. Attachment 2 Includes two Scenic River Permits that Cameron Pipeline has received. Cameron Pipeline filed Louisiana Natural & Scenic Rivers System permit applications with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife & Fisheries on March 6, 2013 for waterbody crossings at Beckwith Creek and Hickory Branch. Cameron Pipeline received the permit for Hickory Branch on August 30, 2013 and the permit for Beckwith Creek on September 16, 2013. This information supplements Appendix D.2 in Cameron Pipelines December 14, 2013 application (Application). Attachment 3 Includes a Letter of No Objection received from Beauregard Parish. This document supplements Appendix E.2 in the Application. The Letter of No Objection from Calcasieu Parish was received on April 11, 2013 and filed with the FERC on April 23, 2013. Attachment 4 Includes correspondence with the Louisiana Natural Heritage Program (LNHP). This correspondence documents Cameron Pipelines commitment to implement the LNHPs recommended mitigation measures.
