Washington, D.C. 20426 Reference CP13-113 Secretary Bose, Please support Dominion's Cove Point proposed project to export natural gas ffom its LNG facility. Exporting excess natural gas will help the global environment by replacing energy sources such as oil and coal, strengthening America's global position. Moreover, it helps by generating local tax revenue, construction jobs, and local spending. Through natural gas development, America has become more energy self-sufficient. Cove Point is well-suited to export excess natural gas, and there are many benefits in exporting excess natural gas from Dominion's Cove Point LNG facility. Locally, it will generate tax revenue, construction jobs, and commerce. The Calvert community is in need of economic growth. Companies like Cove Point bring fresh ideas and innovation to the marketplace in our area. The Cove Point LNG terminal has been valued part of the Calvert County community for over 40 years. Allowing the LNG project to go forward will enable Calvert County's local community and economy to grow stronger a definite benefit to our local community.
