Transwestern is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Delaware with its principal offices located at 711 Louisiana Street, Suite 900, Houston, TX 77002-2716. Transwestern is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Energy Transfer Interstate Holdings, LLC, which is indirectly wholly-owned by Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. Transwestern owns and operates an interstate natural gas transmission system that provides access to natural gas supplies in the San Juan and Rocky Mountain Basins in northwest New Mexico, southwest Colorado, the Texas-Oklahoma Panhandle, and the Permian Basin region of West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico.
