Parts 157 and 284 (2(X)4), is an Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity authorizing Point Comfort Pipeline Company, L.P. ("PCPLC") to construct and operate natural gas pipeline facilities to be located in Calhoun County, Texas ("Application").
