(UGI LNG) is a response to Environmental Condition No. 12 as set out in the Appendix to the Order Issuing Certificate, dated July 3, 2014, in the above-referenced matter. UGI LNG, Inc., 148 FERC 61,008 (2014). The response includes the design calculations for pipe support foundations as well as stamped structural design drawings. UGI LNG respectfully requests acknowledgement from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or Commission) Staff that this submittal constitutes satisfactory compliance with Environmental Condition No. 12. These design calculations and design drawings are designated Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII) under FERCs regulations.
