The Environmental Analysis is a thorough review an appropriate for this project. Exporting natural gas from Dominion's Cove Point LNG facility will help the global environment by replacing energy sources such as coal and oil, strengthening America's position in the world while generating local tax revenue, construction jobs, and spending. Cove Point is ideally located to export excess natural gas with an existing network of natural gas pipelines already connecting Cove Point to major natural gas basins in the U.S. If we act swiftly on this matter, Calvert County will be positioned to pioneer the emerging LNG export market. Cove Point exports will generate an additional $40 million a year in Calvert County property taxes, over and above the $ 15 million it currently creates. Thousands of new construction jobs will be created, 60% of which will be filled by Calvert residents. The new facility will directly employ 75 employees, bringing total employment at Cove Point to 175. Thank you for your time. I hope to see the approval of the LNG export facility in the very near future.
