On February 24, 2015, supplemented on March 25, 2015, the Commission issued a Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Planned Jacksonville Project, Request for Comments on Environmental Issues, and Notice of Public Scoping Meeting. The public scoping comment period ended April 24, 2015, and Eagle LNG submited its responses to the scoping comments on May 8, 2015. Pursuant to Section 157.21(f)(10) of the Commissions regulations, Eagle LNG hereby submits draft Resource Reports 1 through 12. The reports and appendices filed today are outlined in the attached Draft Environmental Report Table of Contents.
