One part of this variance is a request for ATEWS between Stations 921+57 to 924+47. The requested ATEWS measures approximately 290 feet in length by 25 feet in width (.17 Ac.) and would be located adjacent to the Western edge of the existing LOD for TL-591. The proposed ATEWS falls within existing lawn and topsoil segregation will be performed as required. No additional tree clearing will be required for the requested ATEWS.
