In the accompanying Application, Arlington requests that the Commission or its designee: (1) issue Arlington a certificate of public convenience and necessity authorizing construction and completion of the Gallery 2 Expansion Project and the performance of firm and interruptible natural gas storage services in interstate commerce through the Gallery 2 Expansion Project facilities, and (2) reaffirm Arlingtons authorization to charge market-based rates for its firm and interruptible storage and hub services. Arlington respectfully requests that the Commission or its designee issue a final order granting the requested authorizations on or before July 1, 2013. Kimberly D. Bose, Secretary February 26, 2013 Page 2 Request for Special Treatment of Certain Information As required by 18 C.F.R. 388.112 and 388.113 (2010), this Application consists of three (3) volumes: Volume I: Public Information, including the Application and Exhibits except for those items designated as Privileged or Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII). Volume II: CEII, consisting of Exhibits G-I and G-II. Volume III: Privileged Information, consisting of the portions of Resource Report 6 addressing storage wells and geology and the list of affected landowners addresses. In accordance with the Commissions Orders regarding CEII, 1 Arlington respectfully requests CEII designation for the accompanying Exhibit G Flow Diagram because it contains information of such detail and specificity which, when combined with publicly-available information, qualifies it as CEII as that term is defined in 18 C.F.R. 388.113(c)(1). As 18 C.F.R. 388.107 and 388.112 permit, Arlington respectfully requests confidential treatment of certain portions of Resource Report 6 and the Exhibits thereto because they contain commercially sensitive and geological or geophysical information concerning storage wells and caverns.
