(UGI LNG) submitted an application (Application) on June 17, 2013, requesting a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct and operate a new nitrogen-driven sub-cooler system that will add refrigeration capacity to the existing liquefaction plant at its Temple liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage facility, located in Ontelaunee Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania (the Temple Facility). Enclosed is the following supplemental information to Resource Report 13 Engineering and Design Material: 1. Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) Report, including the Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) used during the HAZOP review; and 2. Latest P&IDs, revised after the HAZOP review. This supplemental information contains plot plan flow diagrams and equipment drawings for the Temple Facility and is considered Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII).
