Parts 153 and 380 (2013), Trunkline LNG Export, LLC (TLNG Export) and Trunkline LNG Company, LLC (TLNG and, collectively, Applicants) submits herewith for filing an application for authorization (i) to site, construct, own and operate new liquefaction facilities (Liquefaction Facilities) on a site adjacent to TLNGs existing liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal located near Lakes Charles, Louisiana in Calcasieu Parish; and (ii) to construct, own and operate minor facility modifications at the Trunkline LNG Terminal to facilitate the storage and subsequent export of the LNG (Modified Facilities). The Liquefaction Facilities and the Modified Facilities are collectively referred to as the Liquefaction Project. The Exhibit F (Environmental Report), as part of the Application, is a combined report of Applicants proposed Liquefaction Project and Trunkline Gas Companys proposed Pipeline Modification Project being filed concurrently with this application.
