(Petal) to convert a preexisting brine storage cavern, Cavern No. 10, into a natural gas storage cavern. Engineering Condition 6 of Appendix A in the March 28 Order requires Petal to conduct an annual inventory study on Cavern No. 10 and file the results with the Commission. Petal hereby submits its fourth annual inventory verification study for Cavern No. 10 after it was placed into service on August 25, 2007. In light of heightened security concerns regarding the disclosure of detailed energy infrastructure information, Petal requests and segregates its annual inventory study for Cavern No. 10 to be filed under Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII) pursuant to C.F.R.
