Appendices D and H have been revised to address additional comments from the Florida Deparmlent of Environmental Protection and other agencies. Please note that the attachments to Appendix H o f the ECMVP have not been revised; therefore, the January 2004 version ofthose attachments remains current. Appendix D does not include any attachments. A copy o f this transmittal letter is being served on all parties on the Commission's official servic, list for this matter.
