Dear Ms. Salas: Enclosed for filing in the referenced dockets am an original and 14 copies of AES Ocean Express LLC's (''Ocean Express") Response to the Broward County Department of Planning and Environmental Protection's ("DPEP") Third Request for Additional Information ("RAI") concorfiing the proposed Ocean Express Pipeline project and all referenced attachments. The rcsponso to the third DPEP RAI and certain of the referenced attachments, such as the Onshore Installation Methods Report and the Environmental Construction Monitoring and Verification Plan, have not previously been filed with the Commission in the referenced dockets. Because the size of the enclosed submission exceeds approximately 1500 pages, Ocean Express is filing only the original of cash document. As a courtcsy, Ocean Express also is forward'rag printed copies of the filing directly to the Commission's Staffand to ENSR C o i t i o n , the Commission's third-party environmental services contractor for the Ocean Express Pipeline project.
