As described in its application, EPNG specifically requests that the Monument 90 Presidential Permit as it relates to the existing international border crossing facilities located approximately 8 miles east of the town of Naco in Cochise County, Arizona (herein referred to as the "Monument 90 Crossing") be amended to establish a definitive maximum export capacity of 56,900 Mcf/day of natural gas from the United States to Mexico.
