Bluewater hereby submits for filing supplemental information to the Application. Specifically, Bluewater hereby submits Attachment 6J to Resource Report No. 6, HDD Design Report, and Attachment 9D to Resource Report No. 9, HDD Noise Report.3 This filing consists of public information and Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII).
