("TRC") to assist the Commission Staff in preparing the EIS for the Project. Description of Material Submitted for Filing The Golden Pass Entities are herein submitting for the Commission Staff's use an original and seven copies of draft environmental Resource Report No. 6 (G,:ological Resources) pertaining to the proposed pipeline. This draft is a preliminary document provided to the Commission under the collaborative procedure provided for in Section 157.22 of the Commission's Regulations, 18 C.F.R. 157.22, in particular Section 157.22(e)(2), 18 C.F.R. 157.22(e)(2), to allow the Golden Pass Entities to receive input from government agencies and the public prior to submission of the formal application. Thus, this d r ~ document must be considered to be a work in progress, with possible ulxiates, clarifications and corrections to be provided in any future drafts and in the final application. This document should not be ccnsidered as final work product. Revisions to this document will be based on a:lditionai information, continued development of the project definition, and input from agencies and the public. Filing Information Please note that Figures 6-1 through 6.5 appended to Resource Report No. 6 contain location information that does not qualify as Critical Energy Infrastructure Information ("CEll") as defined in Section 388.113(c)(1) of the Comraission's Regulations, 18 C.F.R. 388.113(cX1). Accordingly, the Golden Pass Entities recommend that the Commission treat Figures 6-1 through 6-5 as non-Interact public ("NIP") information, and request special trealment of these submissions, consis.ent with the cited regulations and Order Nos. 630 and 630-A, Critical Energy lnfrctetructure Information, FERC Stats. and Regs. [Regs. Preambles] 31,140, on rehearing, FERC Stats. and Regs. [Rags. Preambles] 31,147 (2003). Thus, a copy with this information would be available in the Commission's public reference room.
