Application under FERC Docket No. CP13-483-000 Dear Ms. Bose: Please accept the following comments submitted on behalf of the Citizens Against LNG Inc; Citizens Against LNG and Jody McCaffree (acting on behalf of the Citizens Against LNG Inc and also as an individual) in response to the Pacific Connector Gas Pipeline, L.P. (PCGP) and the Jordan Cove Energy Project, L.P. (JCEP) applications submitted to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). We have previously intervened and commented on the JCEP FERC Docket No CP13-483-000 and would like to request that those comments and interventions also be added to the record of the PCGP Docket No CP13-492-000 since the Pacific Connector Gas Pipeline is a necessary part of the Jordan Cove LNG Export Terminal, and the Commission has stated that they will prepare a single Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) addressing both projects. We requested on June 20, 2013, that the record be left open for citizens to comment on the entire project until July 10, 2013. 1.
