Response to Data Request of Gulf LNG Energy, LLC, et. al. under CP15-521.

Gulf LNG Liquefaction Project Docket No. CP15-521-000 Environmental Data Request Dated October 16, 2015 General Request No. 1: Since filing the FERC application, provide a summary of meetings with the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources (DMR) and the Mississippi Secretary of States office (MS SOS) regarding Gulf LNGs proposed wetland mitigation plan. Response: On September 15, 2015, DMR representative Greg Christodoulou attended a meeting with USACE Mobile District via teleconference, during which the mitigation strategy for GLLC was the primary topic of discussion. The agenda, attendee list, presentation materials, and notes from the September 15 meeting are attached to this response (Attachment G.1.A). On October 14, 2015, DMR requested additional information via email from GLLC necessary to complete the public notice for the Project Joint Section 404 application. GLLC responses (Attachments G.1.B and G.1.C) were provided to DMR in an email dated October 16, 2015, and by hard copy sent via FedEx on October 21, 2015. The USACE Mobile District and Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality were copied on the hardcopy responses to DMR.
