I have worked for Enterprise for ten years. I have spent my entire career in the energy business, working in various business roles and executive management positions, in areas ranging from operations to planning to tariffs. I hold a bachelors degree in Finance and Marketing and pursued an MBA from the University at Texas in Dallas. On March, 1, 20l l, I submitted Prepared Direct Testimony in support of the Application of Enterprise TEPPCO for Authority to Charge Market-Based Rates (Application). My Prepared Direct Testimony is set forth in Statement 1 to the Application. Please summarize your Prepared Direct Testimony. In my Prepared Direct Testimony, I addressed two topics. First, I described Enterprise TEPPCO and the pipelines that it owns 1 also indicated the markets in which Enterprise TEPPCO is currently authorized to charge market-based rates. Second, I explained that Enterprise TEPPCO led its application in this proceeding in order to obtain greater exibility in setting rates for rened petroleum products transportation to the destination markets at issue. In addition, I noted that Enterprise TEPPCO will not become deregulated if it is authorized to charge market-based rates in this proceeding.
