Related facilities would include: a pig receiver, block valve, and tie-in piping at MP 0; cathodic protection facilities at MP 10.9; a tap and ancillary valves at MP 12.5; a pig launcher, block valve, and jumper/crossover piping at MP 14.7; and other miscellaneous appurtenances. The proposed facilities would largely follow Questars existing JL 47 and JTL 78 pipelines, and create up to about 62,000 dekatherms per day of new transportation capacity for Uinta Basin producers accessing downstream gas markets. This filing is related to Docket No. PF12-14-000, assigned to Questar during our pre-filing review period which began on May 18, 2012.
