Dear Ms. Goodwin and members of the Energy Facility Siting Council: Please accept the following comments on behalf of myself an individual and on behalf of the Citizens Against LNG Inc., of which I am a Board Member and Executive Director. We have previously requested an extension for supplying comments on the 572 page Draft Proposed Order as 20 days to review this large document and the applicants recently revised application is inadequate and violates the spirit and intent of Statewide Planning Goal #1 Citizen Involvement - OAR 660-015-0000(1).1 Per ORS 197.763(6) and Section 5.7.400 of the Coos County Zoning and Land Development Ordinance (CCZLDO), I am requesting that this hearing be continued for an additional 60 days to give citizens adequate time to review the Draft Proposed Order. Giving citizens only 20 days review time is insufficient, particularly when several other very large Jordan Cove application processes are also underway during this same time frame. In addition, citizens cannot review data when it is not made available to them. Currently the links provided on the Oregon Department of Energy website for the South Dunes Power Plant (SDPP) application are not all working. When one currently clicks on the Energy Facility Siting Council (EFSC) South Dunes Power Plant (SDPP) Application Exhibit O, for example, it comes up with the following: ERROR 404 - File Not Found Welcome to the new Oregon.gov.
