Sharp Position: Chief Operating Officer, Floridian Natural Gas Storage Company, LLC Telephone: 800-621-6843 On page 4 of the application Floridian states, demand for natural gas in its liquefied state arose in a variety of sectors: truck motor fuel; marine, agriculture and industrial applications; and intermodal export operations. 1. Confirm that Floridian will deliver liquefied natural gas (LNG) to third party operators of trucks at the truck loading facility and that Floridian will not be trucking the LNG. Response: Floridian confirms that Floridian will deliver LNG to third party operators of trucks at the truck loading facility and that Floridian will not be trucking the LNG. 2. Does Floridian intend to offer LNG truck loading for export? If so, identify potential export markets for the delivered LNG from its terminal, the parties that will be exporting LNG, the country to which the gas will be exported from the United States, and whether the exporter has received authorization from the U.S. Department of Energy for the export of the gas.
