Washington, D.C. 20426 Re: Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP, Application for Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, Docket No. CP05-132-000 Dear Ms. Salas: On April 15, 2005 Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP ("DCP") filed an application, pursuant to Section 7 of the Natural Gas Act, as amended, and Part 157 o f the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's rules and regulations for a certificate of public convenience and necessity authorizing DCP to construct, install, own, operate, and maintain certain facilities located in Maryland. DCP supplements the above captioned docket with additional/revised information that resulted from recent survey activities on the TL-532 pipeline since the April 2005 FERC Environmental Resource Reports were filed. This includes 24.92 miles in Section 1 and 23.08 miles in Section 2. The majority of the revisions are being filed by DCP in response to landowner requests for relocating the proposed pipeline route within a given property. One property is included herein because survey access was not granted in time for the April 15, 2005 filing. These items, by section and milepost with a brief deseription, include: Section 1 Briscoe Revi~ign r m 6.63 to MP 6.96 (.0.33 miles11: This is the second revised route on the landowner's property done at the landowner's request. This revised route is entirely on the Briscoe property and does not affect the proposed pipeline route on any other landowners. Section 2 Jackson Property [MP 1,34 tO MP 1.43 ('0.09 miles)]: This property at the time of the survey in 2004 was listed as a stay-off. DCP has since gained survey access and is filing the updated information. Osbom Reroute [MP 17.01 to 17.39 ('0.38 miles)]: This reroute was performed at the request o f the landowner.
