(Texas Eastern) Michael Baker Jr., Inc. (Baker) is submitting to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) the attached Plan Approval Application for the Entriken Compressor Station for the proposed installation of one (1) Solar Titan 250 turbine with a construction start date of March 1, 2014. Note that this is within the one-year review timeline for GHG PSD. Texas Eastern thanks PADEP in advance for a timely review to meet this timeline need. The facility is located at 16707 Little Valley Rd, James Creek, Huntingdon County, PA 16657-7204 and currently operates in compliance with Synthetic Minor Operating Permit 31-05018. A TV Application was submitted prior to July 1, 2012. Enclosed in this application package you will find the following: 1. The plan approval application forms, with original signatures. a. Permit Application General Information Form; b. Application for Plan Approval to Construct, Modify or Reactivate an Air Contaminant Source and/or Air Cleaning Device Combustion Form (submitted in triplicate); and c. Air Pollution Control Act Compliance Review Form, along with documentation of legal name. 2. One copy of supporting documentation for the plan approval application. 3. A check in the amount of $24,400.00 ($22,700 PSD +$1,700 NSPS) made payable to the Commonwealth of PA Clean Air Fund to cover the plan approval fee. The enclosed materials constitute all of the necessary forms and additional information required of a complete application in accordance with 127.12.
