Tennessee proposes to construct approximately 6.23 miles of 24-inch pipeline extending its existing 30-ineh Line 523M-2300, known as the Triple-T Line, to establish an interconnect with Enterprise Products Parmers L.P.'s ("Enterprise") 20-inch Anaconda Gathering System ("Anaconda System") in Eugene Island Block 371 ("El 371"). This extension of Tennessee's Triple-T Line, known as the Triple-T Extension Project ("Project"), is designed to meet the needs of increasing demand for natural gas service by increasing receipt of deepwater natural gas supplies into Tennessee's system.
