Please note that Gulf LNG's request for use of the NEPA pre-filing process was granted by the Director of the Office of Energy Projects on December 16, 2004 and not December 26, 2004, as indicated in the transmittal letter dated July 11,2005. In accordance with the Commission's regulations and its NEPA pre-filing re,iew procedures, Gulf LNG hereby supplements its July 11 th filing and submits an original and s :yen copies of (i) Volume l-Draft Resource Reports 2, 3, 8, 9, 10 and 11, containing the Public versions of those Draft Resource Reports and associated Tables, Figures and Appendices; and (ii) Volume H-Draft Resource Reports 2, 3, 8, 9, 10 and I 1, containing associated Non-lntt,met Public Figures mid Appendices. Gulf LNG hereby also submits an original and two copit s of Volume III, Parts 2 of 5, 3 of 5, 4 of 5 and 5 of 5 containing Resource Report 13. Each Part of Volume Ill contains Critical Energy Infrastructure Information ("CEIl"), as defined in Section 388.113(e)(l) of the Commission's regulations, 18 C.F.R. 388.113(cXI) (2004). In addi.ion, the information contained in Volume Ill constitutes privileged and confidential engineering and design information. Gulf LNG requests confidential treatment for this material, which shJuld not be released to the public. Accordingly, Volume I11 has been marked as "Criticai En:rgy Infrastructure Information/Privileged and Confidential - Do Not Release."
