Re: Supplemental Request for Extension of Time to File FERC Form Reports

Dear Secretary Bose:
On behalf of certain of its subsidiary operating companies and service companies,1
National Grid USA ("National Grid" or "Company") respectfully supplements its December 23,
2013 request in the above-referenced dockets (the December 2013 Request) for extensions of
time to submit certain regulatory financial reports. Specifically, on behalf of the National Grid
Operating Companies, National Grid requests an extension to September 30, 2014, for filing the
following financial reports:2
1. Fiscal Year Supplemental Statements with CPA Certifications for the year ended
March 31, 2013;
2. FERC Form 3-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2013;
3. FERC Form 3-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2013;
4. FERC Form 3-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2013;
5. FERC Form 1, Form 1-F and Form 2-A for calendar year 2013;

Transmission Corporation; New England Hydro-Transmission Electric Company, Inc.; New England
Power Company; The Narragansett Electric Company; Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation; National
Grid LNG; New England Electric Transmission Corp.; and National Grid Generation, LLC (collectively,
the National Grid Operating Companies); and National Grid USA Service Company, Inc. and National
Grid Engineering & Survey, Inc. (collectively, the National Grid Service Companies).

For ease of reference, National Grid has summarized in Attachment A the dockets under which
extension requests were previously submitted for the National Grid Operating Companies.
5. FERC Form 1, Form 1-F and Form 2-A for calendar year 2013;
6. Fiscal Year Supplemental Statements with CPA Certifications, for the fiscal year
ended March 31, 2014;
7. FERC Form 3-Q for the first quarter ending March 31, 2014; and
8. FERC Form 3-Q for the second quarter ending June 30, 2014.
In addition, on behalf of the National Grid Service Companies, National Grid requests an
extension to September 30, 2014 for filing the following financial reports:
1. Fonn 60 for calendar year 2013.
