(Baker) is submitting to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) the attached Plan Approval Application for the Uniontown Compressor Station for the proposed uprate of two (2) existing Solar Mars 100 turbines with a construction start date of March 1, 2014. The facility is located at 1525 Connellsville Road, Lemont Furnace, Fayette County, PA 15456 and currently operates in compliance with Title V Operating Permit 26-00413. Enclosed in this application package you will find the following: 1. The plan approval application forms, with original signatures. a. Permit Application General Information Form; b. Application for Plan Approval to Construct, Modify or Reactivate an Air Contaminant Source and/or Air Cleaning Device Combustion Form (submitted in triplicate); and c. Air Pollution Control Act Compliance Review Form, along with documentation of legal name. 2. One copy of supporting documentation for the plan approval application. 3. A check in the amount of $1,700.00 (NSPS) made payable to the Commonwealth of PA Clean Air Fund to cover the plan approval fee.
