The Application seeks authorization for certain facilities to be located in Lake Charles, Louisiana which comprise the proposed Magnolia LNG Project (Project). In an Engineering Data Request from the FERC, dated December 19, 2014, the FERC requested additional information related to Resource Report 13 filed as part of Magnolias Application. The document herein represents Magnolias responses to that data request. The following table lists the names, titles, and phone numbers of each person who responded to the data requests. All attachments supporting these data request responses are provided as a group at the end of this document. The response to Data Request 5 [in Magnolias submittal dated October 24, 2014, in response to the FERC Engineering Data Request of September 22, 2104] states that the Seismic Design Criteria document for the project indicates that it will be developed during the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) phase. The Seismic Design Criteria document needs to be submitted during the application phase so that the design criteria for the project are defined at the time of project authorization.
