Z -.-:' Docket No CP03-75-000 Dear Ms. Salas: Enclosed please find for filing in the above-referenced docket seven (7) copies of two alignment sheets which reflect minor route modifications for the send out pipeline proposed as part of the Freeport LNG Development, L.P. ("Freeport") liquefied natural gas receiving terminal project. One of the attached alignment sheets reflects a minor rerouting of the send out line through the Village of Suffside, at the request of the Mayor of Surfside. This route modification will occur on land owned by the Village of Suffside. The second alignment sheet reflects a route modification in the send out pipeline in the vicinity of the proposed Stratton Ridge meter station. This change in route was clone at the re,quest of a landowner who asked that the send out pipeline be moved behind (as opposed to in front of) his residence and off his property. Each of these route modifications is minor in nature and will result in no additional environmental impact. Also enclosed herewith are seven (7) copies of two 7.5 Minute Series Topographic maps reflecting the two above-referenced minor route modifications. Due to the over-sized nature of the alignment sheets and topographic maps, Freeport is not serving copies of these documents on the service list. Also enclosed herewith are seven (7) copies of an Application for Dredge and Fill Permit Freeport recently filed with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
