The proposed tariff record is submitted to become effective April 1, 2015.Part 4.0, System Map, v. 1.0.0Statement of Nature, Reasons, and Basis for the Proposed ChangesOn November 20, 2014, the Commission issued Order No. 801 , 1 in Docket No. RM14-21-000, amending sections 154.103(a) and 154.106 of its regulations governing pipeline system maps. The Commission eliminated the requirements for pipelines to include a system map in their tariffs and to annually file an updated map reflecting any major system changes by April 30. The Commission directed pipelines to make tariff revisions to replace the map(s) in their tariffs with the Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") reference to the pipeline' s website where the general public may display and download the system map(s).In compliance with Order No. 801 , Midwestern is removing the system map from its Tariff and replacing the map with a URL reference to Midwestern' s publicly available website where a map may be viewed and downloaded. The map posted on the proposed effective date of April 1, 2015, will be current as of December 31 , 2014, and amended quarterly thereafter to reflect major system changes, if any.1 Natural Gas Act Pipeline Maps , 149 FERC ~ 61 ,133 (2014) ("Order No. 801 ").Midwestern Gas Transmission Company 100 West Fifth Street Tulsa, OK 74103 www.oneok.com
