As representatives of FERC, PennEast and its consultant, URS, respectfully request your participation as an interested party regarding the proposed PennEast Project and seeks your input on any cultural resources that you may be aware of or have concerns about that are within the project boundaries and for which you have jurisdiction. We have coordinated with the Pennsylvania Museum and Historic Commission (PMHC) and New Jersey State Historic Preservation Office (NJ SHPO) and obtained their respective approvals for field survey protocols.
