Compliance Filing Conversion of PASSKEY to DART Revisions of Tariff Records Docket No. RP13-545-___Dear Ms. Bose:Pursuant to Section 4 of the Natural Gas Act and Part 154 of the Regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission), 18 C.F.R. 154.206(a), and pursuant to the Commissions March 28, 2013 order in Docket No. RP13-545-000 (March 28 Order), 1 Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (Tennessee) submits for filing Tariff records to its Sixth Revised Volume No. 1, FERC Gas Tariff (Tariff), which are listed on Appendix A.Proposed to become effective on October 1, 2013, these Tariff records implement the pro forma Tariff provisions accepted, subject to conditions, by the Commission in the March 28 Order, and are being filed here in compliance with the March 28 Order. As discussed below, Tennessee is also proposing minor changes to the Table of Contents to reflect the inclusion of the System License Agreement in Tennessees Tariff, minor revisions to the Direct Access Request Tracking (DART) System License Agreement (DART System License Agreement), as well as revisions and corrections to formatting and typographical errors contained in the pro forma Tariff records.Statement of Nature, Reasons and Basis for FilingOn February 6, 2013, Tennessee filed proposed pro forma Tariff records to update its Tariff as part of its conversion from the use of PASSKEY, Tennessees current interactive customer activities system, to the Kinder Morgan interactive customer activities system, DART. Tennessee explained that it anticipated that the conversion would occur on June 1, 2013, but that the date may change. Also, in response to comments filed by Indicated Shippers, Tennessee filed a Response on March 12, 2013, in which Tennessee agreed to include in its Tariff a pro forma DART System License Agreement, which Tennessee attached to its Response.
